A Computer Management graduate from the University of Pune and a silver medallist in B.Sc. Chemistry (Honours), she had a thriving professional career spanning over a decade before she ventured into her dream venture.
She was been the driving force behind the exponentially growing sales of some of the leading companies in the Middle East like DULSCO, ITP, and Lunad Publicity. Her multi-sectoral exposure was the key to helping her visualize solutions to plug gaps in the current operating models of real estate players. Her modernistic and innovative approach, as well as her experience in managing business development and banking relations, has been the key to infusing the right philosophy behind the concept of Qubic Properties.
Associated with Qubic Properties since 2020, Rahul specializes in Product Development, Strategic Marketing and Sales Strategies, Market and Investment Research. Rahul has brought together his medley of expertise accumulated from the wealth of 19+ years of experience working with some of the leading players in the real estate sector.
Prior to joining Qubic Properties, he worked in various leadership roles as the Associate Vice President and Regional Head at K Raheja Corp, General Manager and Market Head at Lodha Group, Senior Consultant at DAMAC Properties, UAE, and Relationship Manager at RAK Bank, UAE. Throughout his rich experience, he has demonstrated critical business skills such as start-up and business turnaround strategy building, market intelligence, strategic marketing, market penetration, brand management, negotiation, and client relationship management.
