Job Description:

• Attend Inbound Calls and Make Outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable Projects.
• Ensure strong follow-up with potential customers and push them for site visit.
• Service leads generated through digital, referral and relevant sources.
•  Maintain daily reports of Fresh Calls, Site visits expected and Follow up calls on CRM. Ensure 100% Compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Under Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in Tele calling.
• Ability to take high call volumes.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
